Join fitness trainer Becca Daniel for a 30-minute women's workout! Every class will include a guided total body strength and stretch, and is suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Please bring water and a workout mat if you have one!
Wednesdays at 9am in Room 206 (above the gym). Park in the back parking lot at CCCOG and enter through the Family Entrance by the Prayer Garden and go up the stairs! Invite your friends for this low-commitment but engaging workout!
