Framing Help @Shalom Village
The Shalom Village is breaking ground! There are leaders for the framing crews, but they can use your help to frame up 2 of the duplex during the month of May (Thursdays through Saturdays). You can sign up for a shift or several! Contact Kelly Sande to get on the volunteer list. Work begins on Thursday, May 7th, and the trusses arrive Friday, May 15th.

C3 Youth Parent Meeting
Parents of 6th-12th graders (AND current 5th graders), we invite you to our annual parent meeting on Wednesday, June 3rd at 6pm in the C3 Youth Room. This meeting is for communication, completing our annual Parental Consent Form, and a space for Pastor Devin to answer any questions you may have.
Graduate Recognition 2026
On Sunday, June 7th, we’ll be honoring those that are graduating or have graduated this past year! If you know of a student from high school, college, or those with advanced degrees, please share with us specific school and degree information. You can fill out our short form and upload a photo of you or your graduate by Sunday, May 31st – we look forward to celebrating these achievements!
Note: we will only have enough gifts for our graduates for those that pre-register AND are present on Sunday, June 7th.
C3 Youth Prayer Walk
On Wednesday, June 10th, we invite the C3 Youth and their families and friends to join us for a Prayer Walk down Borst Ave. We’ll start at 6pm at C3 by the East Entrance, and then walk down to Centralia Middle School and back as we pray for our neighbors and community. This event is open to anyone and all ages!
C3 Youth Summer Kickoff
Join us for our C3 Youth Summer Kickoff on Wednesday, June 17th at the Longnecker’s home starting at 6pm. We’ll have food, games, and conversation. We can’t wait to kick off the summer with you!
Westport Beach Day
We are headed to Westport Beach! Leaving C3 at 9am and returning around 8pm. Bring your own lunch (or money for lunch). Hot Dog dinner will be provided. $10 covers transportation and dinner. Register by June 21.
Family Summer BBQ
Join us after our 10am family service on Sunday, June 28th, for a free BBQ lunch. We will also be dedicating our new gathering space and fire pit!
C3 Youth July 4th Celebration
Youth, you and your family and friends are invited to the Bailey’s Home for a July 4th Celebration! Bring a side to share!
Mayfield Lake Day
C3, Youth, come and enjoy the day together and share how God’s moving in your life. We are headed out to Mayfield Lake for the day on July 15h! Bring a sack lunch, sunscreen, swimming suit/towel - you know the drill. Hot dogs will be provided for dinner. $5 covers transportation and dinner. Register today!
Summer Sports Jam 2026
Registration for SSJ 2026 (July 20-24) is now open. SSJ is a week of sports and games, teamwork, friendship, and character building. Throughout this faith-based event, our emphasis will be on working together, encouraging each other, and having FUN! There are also many opportunities to volunteer; team leaders & assistant leaders, sport station leaders and assistants, craft team, hands-on activity team, set-up and clean-up, floaters, and registration. Fairwood Night Market (C3 Youth)
Joining NextStep Fellowship in Renton on Wednesday, August 12th for their neighborhood market, offering hospitality to the community. Bring a sack dinner or money for the food trucks. We will leave C3 at 2pm and return around 9pm. Register by August 9th
C3 Youth Color Wars
Centralia and NextStep are coming together for our annual Color Wars, Friday August 14 through Sunday August 16! We'll spend the first night at C3, then spend Saturday night at NextStep. $40 includes transportation, and meals Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. We'll do a community service project when we're in Centralia - bring your work clothes! Register by August 9th.
C3 Youth Rollerdrome
Get your skate on! We’ll be meeting at the Centralia Rollerdrome on Thursday, August 20th at 6:30pm. Registration is required but cost is FREE! Register by August 16th.

C3 Seniors, we invite you to our monthly Potluck for those 55 and older. Bring a main dish/side dish or dessert to share for a time of learning, fellowship and fun. We meet every month on the 2nd Tuesday at 12pm.
IYC Envelope Fundraiser
From April 19-May 10th, you have the opportunity to support our youth as they travel to Cincinnati, Ohio for the Church of God’s International Youth Convention. Pick up a numbered envelope, then donate the number listed on the outside of the envelope - it’s that simple! Numbers range from $1 to $100. Stop by the kiosk in the Commons to grab an envelope, donate, and learn more about one of our participants. You can also donate online.

Practicing the Way - Generosity
We invite you to a 4-week journey starting May 6th in discovering the Generosity practice in your faith journey. When Jesus said there is more joy in giving than in receiving, he turned our vision of the good life on its head. Through the practice of Generosity, we tap into God's joy, find freedom from greed through contentment, and embody God's concern for those in need.
There are two options for this class:one in-person on Wednesdays at 6pm and one online on Thursdays at 7pm.
Women's Conference 2026
2026 Cannon Beach Women's Conference will be on May 1-3 and the total cost is TBD. This includes the conference with speaker, your hotel stay, transportation, and breakfasts/dinners. $100 deposit is due by Thursday, January 31st. Register today as limited spots are available!

C3 Spring Cleaning
Many hands make light work! Join us, C3 church family, on Saturday, April 18th starting at 9am for a morning of beautification of our CCCOG facility! We’ll have tasks available for all ages and abilities - help us spruce up the grounds inside and out! (If you have a pressure washer, be sure to bring it - we’d love to wash the parking lot!)

C3 Seniors, we invite you to our monthly Potluck for those 55 and older. Bring a main dish/side dish or dessert to share for a time of learning, fellowship and fun. We meet every month on the 2nd Tuesday at 12pm.
Easter Sunday
Join us on Easter Sunday for a time of reflection and celebration! We will have a kids and youth program, and nursery and childcare will be available as well. We invite you to snap a photo at our photo booth and sip on $2 mochas or lattes as we celebrate Easter!
Service Opportunities
We’re looking for people who want to make a difference on Sunday mornings at C3! Right now, we need ushers, greeters, safety team members, and tech volunteers to help create a welcoming, smooth, and safe experience for everyone who walks through our doors. We’re also looking for teachers to serve in our toddler and nursery classrooms, helping our youngest ones learn and grow. Each of these roles plays a vital part in making C3 feel like home. And if you see something happening around C3 that you’d love to be part of - reach out! There’s room to get involved in every area of ministry. Holy Week C3 Gathering
On Wednesday, April 1st, we invite you to Holy Week C3 Gathering. This is an opportunity to reflect and remember the sacrifice of Jesus on His way to the cross. We’ll start with dinner together at 6pm in the Commons before having a poignant experience for all ages as we visit unique stations and worship together. No childcare is available as we are encouraging the whole family to participate in this event. Registration is required so we know how much food to prepare.
A Journey Through Holy Week
Join us as we enter into the story of Jesus' final week on Earth from the imagined perspective of those who were with him in his last days. We invite you on a visual and auditory journey this week as we lead up to Easter Sunday. Find a quiet spot where you can listen and reflect for a few minutes each day. Each episode is available on Facebook, YouTube, and Podcast.
Read and Reflect 2027
What is God saying to C3 through scripture? C3 invites the entire church family to read the scriptures for the coming year (2026-2027). We will be going through the Revised Common Lectionary Year B together as a group on Sunday mornings at 9am in the Family Room. We will share reflections and insights in what we are hearing from God through scripture. Join the group to get access to the RCL Resources!
Annual Meeting and Celebration
Celebrate God's faithfulness through 2025 and God's goodness ahead in 2026 as we recognize and honor our teams of volunteers as well as ratify our 2026-27 budget and leadership. Dinner provided; register so we can plan for food.
Baptism Class
If you have made a commitment to follow Jesus, we encourage you to get baptized! Please attend our short baptism class in the Conference Room on Sunday March 22nd right after service to get more information about this important step in your faith journey. Our next Baptism Sunday is on Easter Sunday, April 5th. Baptism brochures are available at the Resource Center or online.
Bingo Night for Hope Housing Collaborative of Lewis County
Join us for a Bingo Night at The Juice Box on Monday, March 16th! Doors open at 5:30pm with Bingo starting at 6:30pm. The money raised will go towards building Shalom Village, a transitional housing community in Lewis County. There will be bingo games with prizes, a silent auction, raffles, and a "raise the paddle" type event. Admission is $50/person. Presale tickets include 1 free drink. C3 Youth Bowling
C3 Youth - we are going bowling on Sunday, March 15th at noon! Let's hang out and have some fun. We can ride over to Fairway Lanes from the church, or you can meet us there- communicate with Pastor Erin. Bring a lunch or bring money to buy food at the bowling alley. Register by Wednesday, 3/11, so we can be sure to reserve enough lanes!

Practicing the Way - Scripture Practice
The modern church is facing a crisis of discipleship. It’s not that people don’t want to become like Jesus, or that people aren’t trying to become like Jesus. It’s that we don’t know how to become like Jesus. We need a pathway to formation for the modern era.
We invite you to a 4-week practice through Scripture where we will learn to read, meditate, study, and memorize scripture. You do not need to have participated in any of the previous Practices! Sign up today for this 4-week class. There are 2 options:

Youth Winter Camp
6th through 12th graders, join us as we gather together at Double K Retreat and Adventure Center in Cle Elum, WA on Friday, February 13th through the 16th to enjoy snow, spend time together, and dig into God's Word! Cost is $175 and all meals are included on Saturday and Sunday with a light breakfast (cereal and fruit) on Monday before we pack up and head home. Register today!

The Nominating Committee (consisting of Pastor Devin, Pastor Elmer, Nicole Longnecker, Tom Pickens, Linda Thompson, and Krystal Larson) is currently working on nominations for one Elder Board position and one Property & Finance Committee position for the coming fiscal year. Recommendations may be given to any nominating committee member.
