Bible Project Classroom

SSJ Volunteer Training
We are looking for a few more volunteers to round out our teams for SSJ. There are also many ways to serve outside of the actual week - setup and cleanup, providing food for volunteers, assembling goodie bags, etc. Sign up online at summersportsjam.com. We have 2 trainings for our volunteers: Sunday, July 6th after the morning service and Wednesday, July 9th at 6:00pm. We’ll see you in the Family Room!

7/11 Slurpee Day
Youth - just for fun! Bring your friends and we’ll go get slurpee’s and have a picnic lunch in Tumwater. We will meet at C3 at 10:30am before driving up to 7/11 for free slurpees - be sure to bring your own picnic lunch. We’ll be back to C3 at 1pm. Register today.

STP Hosting
Centralia Community Church welcomes you to stay with us during this year's STP! Your registration fee includes sleeping space in an air-conditioned building on carpeted gym floor with an air mattress. Amenities include on-site showers (towels included), secured indoor bike storage, Wi-Fi, baked potato bar dinner (5-7pm Saturday), and an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast (4:30-6:30am Sunday). No alcohol or tobacco please. At the start line, place your baggage on the Centralia baggage truck. Our complimentary shuttle will run every 30 minutes between Centralia College and CCCOG.

Baptism Class
If you have made a commitment to follow Jesus, we encourage you to get baptized! Please attend our short baptism class in the Conference Room on Sunday July 13th right after service to get more information about this important step in your faith journey. Our next Baptism Sunday is at Riverside Park on July 27th. Baptism brochures are available at the Resource Center or online.

Mayfield Lake Day
C3, Youth, come and enjoy the day together and share how God’s moving in your life. We are headed out to Mayfield Lake for the day! Bring a sack lunch, sunscreen, swimming suit/towel - you know the drill. Hot dogs will be provided for dinner. $5 covers transportation and dinner. Register today!

Summer Sports Jam 2025
Camper Registration is now open for Summer Sports Jam 2025! This fun week of sports & games, teamwork, friendship, and character-building will be July 21-25 from 6:15-8:30pm. Cost is $25/child ($75 family maximum). Ages are K-5th grade (2023-2024 school year, or current grade). You can also use the registration form to volunteer! There are many opportunities to volunteer; team leaders & assistant leaders, sport station leaders and assistants, craft team, hands-on activity team, set-up and clean-up, floaters, and registration.

C3 Service & Baptisms at the Park
We are excited to partner with Mountain View Baptist on Sunday, July 27th for a joint service at Riverside Park at 10:30am! For the past couple of years, we have joined them at the park after our morning service for a BBQ (adjacent) and baptisms in the river. This year, we will join them for the morning service at Riverside and have lunch and baptisms in the river. Bring chairs or a blanket for your family and be sure to join us for this chance to worship and connect with other members of our Lewis County Church family.

Men for Midweek Childcare
C3 Men! We are inviting you and your family to a special ministry opportunity. We would like to have 18 men (ages 12 and up) serve our C3 Women so that moms, grandmas, and sisters can participate in a mid-week study this fall! Our hope is that, with 18 people signed up, you will only need to serve one Wednesday in a 9-week period (Sept-Nov) for 90 minutes, providing childcare for children PreK through 5th grade. C3 Scholarship
CCCOG is providing a scholarship opportunity for undergraduate students at an accredited Christian school, college, or university. Applications are available at the church office or online (pdf) and are due by Friday, August 1st.

Gideons International Bible Giveaway
Gideons International is actively involved in international outreach as they work to lead men, women, boys, and girls to the Lord. They are working hard to place Scriptures in as many hands a possible in international locations, but are anxious to partner with local churches in ministry efforts as well.
Gideons International is looking forward to distributing God’s Word at the Southwest Washington State Fair in Chehalis in mid-August. Their efforts could be enhanced by participation in our distribution efforts by local church members. C3 Youth Summer Kickoff
Join us for our C3 Youth Summer Kickoff on Wednesday, June 18th at Ellie Gallanger’s home starting at 6pm. We’ll have walking tacos, games, and conversation. We can’t wait to kick off the summer with you!

Possibilities' "Baby Bottle Boomerang"
It’s time again to fill baby bottles with spare change for Possibilities Women’s Center! This is a tangible way to partner with our local Crisis Pregnancy Center and Missions partner as they offer the hope & love of Jesus to so many in this community. Pick up a bottle in the Commons and return it by Father’s Day, June 15th.

C3 Youth Prayer Walk
On Wednesday, June 11th, we invite the C3 Youth and their families and friends to join us for a Prayer Walk down Borst Ave. We’ll start at 6pm at C3 by the East Entrance, and then walk down to Centralia Middle School and back as we pray for our neighbors and community. This event is open to anyone and all ages!

C3 Youth Parent Meeting
Parents of 6th-12th graders (AND current 5th graders), we invite you to our annual parent meeting on Wednesday, June 4th at 6pm in the C3 Youth Room. This meeting is for communication, completing our annual Parental Consent Form, and a space for Pastor Erin to answer any questions you may have.

Happy Day Learning Center is looking for a cook to provide nutritious meals and snacks for the children of our program. Applicants must pass a background check, have current food handlers permit and be familiar with cooking for 20+. Pay based on experience($19-$20/hr). Graduate Recognition 2025
On Sunday, June 1st, we’ll be honoring those that are graduating or have graduated this past year! If you know of a student from high school, college, or those with advanced degrees, please share with us specific school and degree information. You can fill out our short form and upload a photo of you or your graduate by Sunday, May 25th – we look forward to celebrating these achievements!

YoungLives Stuffie Toy Drive
Young Lives Camp will share the gospel with over 100 moms and their babies this summer. C3 invites you to partner with Young Lives to make their carnival night at camp extra special by giving away stuffies (stuffed animals/plushies) to each teen mom and baby. BEMA Discussion Group
The BEMA Podcast is a walk-through of the context of the Bible and the Text itself, as well as surrounding history. We deconstruct our common readings of the Bible and attempt to reconstruct them through the lens of historical context. The main body of work is contained in Seasons 1–5, and we encourage you to start with episode 0 (or even -1) and continue in order through episode 204.
On Sundays after the morning service, we will meet in the Youth Center to discuss the podcast, explore new topics, revisit old topics, and dive deeper into practical ways of living out the things we have learned together.

C3 Youth at NextStep
On Sunday, May 4th, C3 Youth will be joining NextStep Fellowship in Renton for the morning service, then spending the afternoon together hanging out and celebrating May the Fourth. We will meet at C3 at 8am and return to C3 around 5:30pm.

Women's Conference 2025
2025 Cannon Beach Women's Conference will be on May 2-4 and the total cost is TBD. This includes the conference with speaker, your hotel stay, transportation, and breakfasts/dinners. $100 deposit is due by Friday, January 31st. Register today as limited spots are available!

Easter Sunday
Join us on Easter Sunday for a time of reflection and celebration! We will have a kids and youth program, and nursery and childcare will be available as well. We invite you to snap a photo at our photo booth, enjoy a muffin on us, and sip on $2 mochas or lattes as we celebrate Easter!

Holy Week C3 Gathering
On Wednesday, April 16th, we invite you to Holy Week C3 Gathering. This is an opportunity to reflect and remember the sacrifice of Jesus on His way to the cross. We’ll start with dinner together at 6pm in the Commons before having a poignant experience for all ages as we visit unique stations and worship together. No childcare is available as we are encouraging the whole family to participate in this event. Registration is required so we know how much food to prepare.

A Journey Through Holy Week
Join us as we enter into the story of Jesus' final week on Earth from the imagined perspective of those who were with him in his last days. We invite you on a visual and auditory journey this week as we lead up to Easter Sunday. Find a quiet spot where you can listen and reflect for a few minutes each day. Each episode is available on Facebook, YouTube, and Podcast.
