C3 Facility Use
Facility Use & Communication Forms
During times when our church facilities are not used for C3 activities, we welcome their use by groups and persons needing space for their activity. These facilities are available to groups that are open to the public-at-large and whose goals are consistent with those of C3 and our mission. Please see our full Policies below.
Note: Facility Requests are processed on Wednesdays. If your event takes place prior to the next Wednesday, you will need to make other plans. Thank you.
You will need to log in or create an account for Planning Center to fill out any of these forms. Fill out the Communication & Creative Request Form if you are wanting your event publicized at C3.
Facility requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of your event. Initial requests are processed on Wednesdays.
Communication requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to event (if not more).
