Family On Mission: May-June. Family on Mission is how we move towards discipleship beyond a class, program, or curriculum, and live the way of Jesus. He invites us to follow him and join in the mission of the Kingdom of God.
Daring Faith: June-August. Sometimes we struggle to believe that God can do miracles; that He is mighty enough or powerful enough. Thankfully we serve a mighty and powerful God who shepherds us even when we don’t dare to have faith.
Everlasting Life: July-August The food that truly satisfies is not made from wheat or oats but is made from Jesus’s innocent suffering and death. We often believe that what we do shows who we are, but when we “eat” from the Bread of Life, Jesus changes us, restores us, and invites us into an eternal life, now and forever.
Heart of the Father: September. In a culture where religious traditions ran deep, Jesus showed up differently. Where the religious leaders had created a structure built on legalism, Jesus set the example of placing God in the center of our faith. The way of Jesus leads to the heart of the Father.
Kingdom Focus: October-November. Kingdom focus means aligning our lives with Kingdom values of humility, discipleship, faith, stewardship, and readiness for His return. What does this look like? Seeing the Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven requires leadership and faithfulness. We need to keep a Kingdom focus in an empire world.
